Would you like to help further develop how we attract, develop, lead, and retain employees across an international group? We are seeking an experienced and forward-looking HR leader who wants to help further develop how we attract, develop, lead, and retain our employees across the group.

As Head of Group HR, you will have a central role in the group’s HR function and be an important partner to the CHRO. You will help develop group-wide HR practices, strengthen collaboration across the businesses, and ensure that strategic priorities are translated into concrete results.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, organizational development, leadership, and operational execution.

Your responsibilities

Among other things, you will:

  • Contribute to the further development and implementation of the group’s HR strategy

  • Develop and implement group-wide HR processes and ways of working

  • Lead and coordinate the group’s functional HR team across businesses and geographies

  • Contribute to organizational development, organizational design, and the integration of new companies

  • Further develop work related to leadership development, talent development, and succession planning

  • Be a strategic sparring partner for the CHRO and other leaders

  • Own and further develop the HR function at the Oslo headquarters

  • Lead recruitment processes at headquarters and contribute to the further development of the group’s approach to talent acquisition

  • Manage processes related to performance management, employee development, and compensation at headquarters

  • Contribute to strong HR governance, compliance, and adherence to relevant laws and guidelines

We are looking for someone who

  • Has higher relevant education in HR, organization, leadership, or equivalent

  • Has experience with strategic HR work in larger companies, groups, or matrix organizations

  • Has worked closely with senior leadership and has experience influencing and creating results across organizational units

  • Has experience with organizational development, change management, and the development of people and leaders

  • Has experience developing and implementing HR processes and working methods

  • Combines strategic understanding with strong operational execution skills

  • Communicates well in Norwegian and English
