Sara joined Saferoad in 2020. Since then, she has built the communications function and led the work to align Saferoad's brand across 14 countries and its companies under one identity.
She has broad experience leading change and transformation, having worked at the intersection of people, culture, communication and business development throughout her career.
In her new role, Sara will take on responsibility for the Group's people agenda, alongside communications and sustainability.The combination reflects the close connection between people, culture, reputation and sustainable business development, and their importance to how Saferoad delivers on its strategy and develops for the future.
