Saferoad has acquired the entire share capital of SIAS S.p.A., previously held by Luca Furloni and Adon Capital, together with AFL and COMUNIMPRESA. Following the transaction, the companies will work together on the gradual sharing of expertise, solutions and operating practices.

Luca Furloni, who will continue to serve as CEO of SIAS S.p.A. and lead the company in its next phase of development, stated:

From a small artisan business in Vallecamonica, it has become a leader in Italy and is now an important part of Europe’s leading group in the sector. A new, even more ambitious phase is beginning for SIAS, one that will enable us to raise the safety standards of the country’s infrastructure through expertise and innovation.”
SIAS will become part of Saferoad’s Services Business Area. The company will retain its current organizational structure and local presence, ensuring continuity for customers, employees, and partners.
The integration of SIAS into the Saferoad organization will proceed through the usual transition phases.
