CombiCoat®
CombiCoat® is our unique surface treatment that combines hot-dip galvanizing, zinc phosphating, and powder coating. In the CombiCoat® process, the hot-dip galvanized steel undergoes zinc phosphating as part of a seven-stage pre-treatment before powder coating.
Saferoad utilizes a zinc-nickel-manganese phosphating process considered state-of-the-art for corrosion protection and adhesion. This pre-treatment is applied prior to powder coating and significantly influences the quality of the final result.
The CombiCoat® surface treatment provides excellent protection against corrosion and wear, thereby extending the product's service life. At the same time, the treatment delivers an attractive finish.
We are the only provider in the Nordic market offering the CombiCoat® surface treatment for steel structures up to 12 meters in length and weighing up to 1,000 kg.
Powder coating is supplied in accordance with NS-EN ISO 13438:2013.
