Hot dip galvanization
Hot-dip galvanizing is a safe and effective treatment for protecting steel from rust and wear. This is a specific type of galvanizing where the steel is dipped in molten zinc, creating a durable coating that provides lasting protection against corrosion. The method ensures that steel products can withstand harsh environments over a long period of time.
CombiCoat®
CombiCoat® is our unique surface treatment, which combines hot-dip galvanizing, zinc phosphating and powder coating. The treatment provides very good protection against corrosion and wear, thereby increasing the product's lifespan. At the same time, the treatment provides a beautiful finish. In the CombiCoat® process, the hot-dip galvanizing steel is zinc-phosphated in a seven-step pre-treatment before powder coating.
