Shaping the next generation leaders

Published on 17.09.2025

At Saferoad, everything starts with people. Our values — Care, Drive and Integrity — guide how we work together, how we grow, and how we shape the future. Developing our people is the most important investment we can make, because strong leaders build strong teams, and strong teams deliver lasting impact.

For the third year in a row, we are bringing together both current and future managers for the Saferoad Leadership Program. This program is about more than skills. It is about creating a culture where leaders lead with purpose, clarity and responsibility, and where everyone feels empowered to grow.

Setting the bar for leadership
We believe that leadership at Saferoad should be clear, values-driven, and human-centred. The program makes our expectations transparent: our leaders inspire, care, and create the conditions for people to succeed. Culture lives in how we treat each other. By learning together, participants build a shared language for leadership, grounded in trust and inclusion. This is how we strengthen “the Saferoad way” across countries and business areas.

Expanding perspectives
Leadership is about seeing the bigger picture. Through dialogue and shared experiences, participants gain new perspectives on themselves, their colleagues, and the impact of their leadership on people and communities. The Leadership Program also connects people. Every cohort becomes a network that extends across borders and roles. These connections are vital for sparking cooperation, sharing knowledge, and growing together as one Saferoad.

For Restraint Systems, this program is about more than leadership training — it is about people. We want our managers and future managers to grow in a way that reflects our values and strengthens how we work together. Three years in, we see leaders who carry this responsibility with pride.
