This acquisition will increase Saferoad’s offerings and strengthen its position within the European infrastructure sector. Kjetil Nesset, SVP for Business Area Infrastructure at Saferoad Group, shared his thoughts on the acquisition:

PMF Stalen Masten product groups include light poles and catenary masts, but also poles for traffic and travel information systems, road signing, camera observation systems and overhead contact lines. The company is also specialists in pole and wall brackets, street furniture and specials.
A unique production method with advanced machines that heat and reshape tubes through induction allows for various designs, like cylindrical conical, inverse conical, and ribbed shapes. Founded in 1854, the company is located in Burgum and Veendam and employs approximately 70 people.
