“We are grateful to Anders for his dedication and impact. We thank Anders for his significant contributions to Saferoad’s growth and for his leadership during the transition to FSN’s Confluence, and we wish him all the best in his new ventures”, says Bernd Frühwald, Saferoad Group CEO.

Saferoad has appointed Rasmus Pedersen as its new CFO.

He comes from AddSecure, where as Group CFO he helped drive significant growth while strengthening financial governance and IFRS reporting. Rasmus brings extensive international finance leadership from senior roles at Hoist Group, Verisure (UK), Falck, Coloplast and Securitas, and holds a Master’s in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.

“We are pleased to welcome Rasmus, whose experience in international, private equity–backed companies and in driving financial – and operational excellence will support Saferoad’s next phase”, says Bernd Frühwald.

“I look forward to joining Saferoad, a business with a strong market position and a clear strategic direction. I am keen to build on the solid foundation established under Anders’ leadership, learn the business in depth, and work closely with colleagues across the Group to support the company’s next phase”, says Rasmus Pedersen.
