The Saferoad Group is pleased to announce our intention to acquire Cleanosol Oy and Tiemerkintä A & E Oy. This acquisition will be filed and processed by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA). We are dedicated to cooperating with FCCA in this process and fulfilling all regulatory obligations.
