The group’s accounts for 2007 should be compared to pro forma figures after the Ørsta Group and Euroskilt merged into the SafeRoad™ Group in 2006.
During 2007 and in the first quarter of 2008 the SafeRoad™ Group acquired several enterprises. When these enterprises are included, the Group had a pro forma turnover of NOK 2,289 million in 2007.

SafeRoad’s divisions:
Infrastructure division
The division supplies products, systems and solutions for road and bridge railings, lighting columns, technical tunnel solutions and rock support. The division has comprehensive sales, manufacture and construction operations in the Nordic region and increasing operations in the Baltic countries and Poland. It has global distribution of rock support bolts, amongst other things.
Sign and traffic safety division
The division supplies products and solutions for traffic signs, sign mounting equipment, road work material, barrier equipment, road securing products and outdoor environment. The division operates in the Nordic area.
Road marking division
The division produces thermoplastics and supplies horizontal road marking and additional services related to this. The division operates in the Nordic area.
Central and Eastern Europe division
The Group has chosen to organize operations in Central and Eastern Europe in a separate division. It shall be built up with headquarters in Poland and represent all business areas in the Group.
External production and supplies division
The division shall contribute towards the optimum use of own and external production capacity. The supply unit, the Group’s central purchasing function, belongs to this division.
Marina business area
The Marina business area is operated through the company Ørsta Marina Systems AS. The company provides system solutions for marina facilities that entail planning, planning and building applications, locality analyses, financing solutions, assembly and instalment and service and maintenance.
