SafeRoad acquires the Dutch company Prins Dokkum B.V.’s road restraint business
SafeRoad has agreed to acquire the Dutch company Prins Dokkum B.V.’s road restraint business. Subject to the seller’s shareholder meeting and the purchaser’s Board approval the acquisition will be completed 1 March 2010.
”This acquisition is in line with SafeRoad’s growth strategy. Prins Dokkum is a market leader within road and bridge barriers in the Netherlands and well positioned for future growth.
