Tom Vidar Rygh (Chairman) is a partner in Nordic Capital, and has a higher degree from Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Rygh has experience from a series of management and board positions in both industrial as financial institutions.

Nils Fredrik Drabløs is CEO in Ekornes, the largest furniture manufacturer in the Nordic region. He has long experience both within management and board positions.

Sven Ombudstvedt was until recently SVP Finance and Strategy in Yara International. He is on a number of boards and has international competence.

Johnny Engman is Director in Nordic Capital, and has a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.

Jan Torgeir Hovden is employed at the production in Hovden, Vik Ørsta AS and is the convener of the employee organisation Fellesforbundet in Ørsta.

Knut Brevik is a foreman at the production in Euroskilt AS, Lillehammer, and the convener of the employee organization Fellesforbundet in Lillehammer.
