Meag Genevad AB acquires Vägvakt AB
Meag Genevad strengthens their effort in the service market and acquires W-group Nordic AB - Vägvakt. The company is located in Örebro, Sweden, and is specialized in courses, TA plans, rental and manual traffic routing.
Vägvakt will be part of Meag Genevad. The company has three employees, and an additional workforce of 35-40 temporary personnel, mainly within manual traffic routing.
